butters, colomorbus is sliced up cukes and onions, sometimes with the addition of tomatoes and/or sweet peppers in a mild vinegar solution. I’m not sure if it’s just my family (on Dad’s side) or if it’s a German or Polish name for the dish, but that’s what I grew up calling it.
