Not that I’m expecting anyone to know from personal experience, but has anyone read what human flesh tastes like? I’m reading a book about the ill-fated Donner Party and it got me to thinking. Does it have a “gamey” taste or is it more like beef or the obligatory chicken?
It’s a lot like pork… um… I meant to say I don’t know.

The Polynesieasian (sp?) called it “long pork”. Which sounds like the nickname for a male star of a very dubious sort of movie. 
I seem to recall reading somewhere that it does taste like pork. And human flesh was called “long pig”, perhaps for that reason.
