It’s been over a week, so that means it’s time for one of my impractical translation questions…that is, can anyone make out what this Russian sign says?
I’m just familiar enough with Cyrillic to make out “-бомба” in the last line of the headline, but not the rest of it, or anything from the main body of text below.
Frankly, I wouldn’t have great hopes on my deciphering it if it were in English, but what the heck—maybe I’ll catch a break, and someone else has a better eye for it than I do.
I would say “aerial depth charge” but the “no-parachute impact-resistant” is correct. On the shell itself it says “Before hanging (I presume on an airplane) remove caps (or plugs/stoppers)”
