I don’t care if it’s unfunny as long as we get to find out the “real” answer - unlike the infamous 14 k of g in a f p d or that ridiculous one involving a picture of Gorbachev.
I foresee about a dozen of us splitting the pot when we finally get the phrase, since several posts will probably lead someone to the right combination.
I could see it if the order of the items were reversed. In every rebus puzzle I’ve seen, the order of the images corresponds to word order – the intended phrase (or word) is put together a piece at a time through the images, rather than suggested as a whole. This one would read “first on who’s,” which doesn’t make sense. There’s also the matter that while the indicated bar is the first one in the bar graph, it’s not unambiguously representing “first” – it could just as well be “lowest,” “shortest,” “bar” as previously suggested, or possibly something else. It seems to me if “first” were the desired reading, there are other clearer ways to represent it.
