Cartooniverse sent me a email about fruit candy a while back during Passover. I think year before last. It just made my day; I was having a kind of rough time being away from my family and other personal problems, and it just picked me up.
Also, when I miscarried, I got a *lot * of incredibly nice “Thinking of You” emails from a lot of dopers. I couldn’t begin to list everyone, as it’s been so long, but thank you all so much. I’m not a real frequent poster, so it really meant a lot that near perfect strangers took time out of their days to just say “Hi.”
I usually suck at these sorts of lists, because I have issues with remembering exactly who y’all are…

To keep it limited to people who truly may not be aware of my appreciation, Bambi Hassenpfeffer and Big Bad Voodoo Lou have been two of my favorite posters for a while now and I also enjoy the Art Vandelay, Architect OPs I happen to notice.
What other things? Thinking of all the things you’ve given me, I suddenly realize just how omnidirectional our friendship has been. I’ve not forgotten I owe you huge.
I’ll try and “keep it limited to those not yet aware” too as an unmentionably large number of you are already aware of just how highly I regard you, through interactions here, via email, fests, etc.
In addition to most everyone listed above, thanks, Ellis Dee for your analysis of all things NFL, fishbibycle and pulykamell for musical knowledge and insight.
Also, I don’t know what it is about you “S” guys but be it Sam Stone, Sampiro, Shodan, Scylla, Sentient, Skip or whoever, I can usually count on it being good. That goes for you too, Sauron.

And also, a majority of the people on the boards. This place is a lot of fun and I do love coming here and couldn’t stay away if I tried.

Another liberal here to add my voice to the chorus of appreciation for our friendly and well-informed conservatives. I don’t do a lot of posting in political debates, but I read 'em, and you guys keep me learning things. Not agreeing with you, mind you! But learning.
Broomstick – for writing wonderful accounts of her piloting, that make me feel almost like I’m there.
Sampiro, Dante (you’re still around, I hope!), King of Soup and (as mentioned earlier, the much missed) Master Wang-ka – for some of the side-splittingly funniest things I have read here or elsewhere.
