What famously "good looking' people do you not like the looks of?

I’ve never understood why that picture is famous. He looks horrible, like he could maybe do five pushups before slamming into the ground to recover for 10 minutes. Was that an ad or something?

I can see how Gwyneth Paltrow is ultra-attractive, but since I wish she was my daughter it’s kinda creepy. Jebus, I was 18 when she was born. Blythe robbed the cradle THAT time.

As his jowls grow in Gerard Butler looks more and more like Randy Quaid.

For once I agree with Der Trihs, seconding Marylin Monroe.
Ditto on Natalie Portman.

I’ll add Elizabeth Taylor, she was never hot.

I think he looks beautiful. I don’t necessarily need ripped abs or huge arms on a guy, though I’m not averse to them either. I think he has an extremely attractive face, and in fact, even though he’s older than my dad, I think he still looks good. He’s just a good looking man, always has been. JMO, YMMV, de gustibus, etc.

And his swim “trunks” are silly. He looks like a punk who would run away if challenged. I dislike body building men (big muscles turn me off in a big way), but his attitude in that pic is ridiculous.

I do think Eastwood is a very good looking man, though–like Paul Newman did, he just gets better with age.

You can hardly see his trunks. He looks like a cute guy on the phone. Jeez. The nitpicking in this thread is unreal.

Paul Newman should be on my list as well. A lifetime of gorgeous. Though this thread is supposed to be who you think is unattractive, not the converse, so I won’t hijack.

I’ve always wondered how any woman could find Patrick Swayze attractive. His face gives me the creeps.

Ummm, what? That’s roughly what I look like with my shirt off and I can do about 70 pushups, and bench press 30lbs more than my bodyweight. I’d love to see your mighty torso that is so superhuman it makes you think Eastwood looks “horrible” in that picture.

Smile, sense of humor, doesn’t take himself seriously and I for one have a soft spot for square faces.

Another one: I don’t like Robert Redford. I like his acting, but on the hotness scale he leaves me at room temperature. Many of the women with whom I’ve talked about this also like Tom Cruise and Leonardo di Caprio, both of which are too soft-looking for my taste same as Redford. So I don’t dig them, but I do know what’s the detail that they like and I don’t.

Clint as Rowdy Yates, old black and white Wagon Train TV series, early sixties I think. Long before Dirty Harry.

Brooke Shields was, I thought, an awesomely beautiful child actress. As an adult, not so much. I’m not saying she’s a dog, because she’s not, but I do think she peaked kind of early.

O R L Y ??

Huh.

She only looks good to me in the R.

I find Angelina Jolie incredibly ugly. I find it really strange that she’s so popularly named as the bicurious fantasy of many straight women. As is Drew Barrymore, who I also find not pretty at all. (Drew can at least sometimes pull off cute, though. Angelina is gross.)

Yet, I find Uma Thurman to be single most beautiful human being to ever walk, whom I would crawl across broken glass and rusted razorblades for a chance to catch a glimpse of. Heck, I sorta did when I sat through that entire awful Batman movie just because she was in it.

Come to think of people who have been in bad Batman movies, I don’t care too much for Alicia Silverstone’s looks. She’s not outright ugly, but I don’t see the appeal. When I was younger, a friend always confused her with Christina Applegate, which I found unbelievable-- Christina was (and still is) gorgeous!

I’ve got nothing against blondes of a certain figure type, but Pam Anderson’s popularity always baffled me. Her face is ugly, her body no different than a hundred other plastic pinups, and her personality is at its best when it’s non-existent. I get the slo-mo run in a bathing suit angle, but her face, ugh.

I always thought George Clooney and Brad Pitt had attractive faces, even if I’m not about to find them sexually attractive, but put me down for another who doesn’t get the visual appeal of Johnny Depp. He’s a good character actor for certain roles, but his face is weird looking at best. Steve Buscemi at least has ugly charm.

Call me crazy, but I don’t like the look of Monica Bellucci. To me, her look is sexy, but too “showy” for what I find to be beautiful. I prefer more Audrey Hepburn and less Marilyn Monroe.

Again, call me crazy, but I don’t find Daniel Craig that good looking. I wouldn’t give him a second glance if I passed him on the street.

Megan Fox looks like a poor man’s Angelina Jolie.

I was just thinking that myself.

Mark Walhberg for me - his forehead is creased with lines, his nose a splotch on an otherwise beautiful universe, and his stature can not be appreciated from even those rising from the grave.

A mild opinion, I’m sure…

[Zapp Branigan voice] What are you, gay?! [/zbv]

You best not say nothin about Audrey Hepburn, else honor demands that I track you down and fight you.

ETA: and Ají de Gallina too.

There’s a big difference in their respective charity work.
