Today in Kansas City any high school or college graduate could receive a free dozen doughnuts at Krispy Kreme.

The line of cars waiting for this had to be at least 100 deep this morning when I drove past to work. It stretched around a corner and I couldn’t see that the end of the line was at Krispy Kreme. I seriously assumed they’d opened a COVID testing site somewhere up the road. I can’t imagine waiting for hours of some doughnuts.
None. But they don’t do graduation related giveaways here in a normal year, either.
Ours was long and took about 45 minutes. It went pretty fast because all they did was ask a question and hand them out. They were already sorted and pre-boxed.
You mean recent graduate, or 2020 graduate, correct? They wouldn’t give me some donuts if I drove up and said, “Class of '76, represent!”, right?
