My recording cut off mid-sentence while he was on the phone asking for a password reset. The camera appeared to be panning to something dramatic. Or maybe it related to something that had happened earlier and I just missed the connection?
The season premiere is tonight – i.e., it won’t air for another five hours or so – so I’m not sure what you’re asking. Is this something from the series premiere, a year ago? If so, can’t you find a recording online or on DVD or something? Because, I’ll be honest with you, I don’t remember the details of any show I watched more than a couple of days ago.
It aired Tuesday in Canada. Perhaps I’ll see if I can catch it tonight on an American channel to see the last minute.

I don’t think you missed anything, that was the end. But…he wasn’t asking to reset his own password. He had identified himself as the new detective in charge of the Red John investigation. (You didn’t mention it, so I didn’t know if you caught that or not.)
