Pasta salad with feta, chick peas and spinach. Not so much cooking as assembling.
Stew with sirloin beef tips, wild rice, carrots, garlic, onions, vegemite, lots of fresh ground pepper, bay leaf, beef consomme. Put it in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes to really make sure the wild rice was done.
It was delicious!
It’s probably too late, but I would have said cheese.
I haven’t cooked anything good lately. I made a roasted red pepper bisque a few nights ago, sort of using a tomato bisque recipe as a guideline, and I learned that roasted red pepper things don’t need as much sugar as tomato things do. My creation had a flavor reminiscent of Chef-Boy-Ar-Dee.
Tonight I think we’ll keep it simple with spaghetti and meatballs.
