One Allegra, one calcium supplement, one vitamin.
A cup of orange juice, a sausage biscuit, a slice of orange, a strawberry.
A cup of skim milk, a peanut butter and raspberry jam sandwich.
A veggie Chik patty.
A Mounds egg.
Water.

A peanut butter and jelly sandwich, chips, m&m’s, water, and soon I’m going to eat a bagel, cottage cheese, and a banana. Yes I’m a vegetarian. Yum ^_^.

2 large mugs of English Breakfast tea with milk added (tea first, then milk, for the curious)

1 Braeburn apple (except for the core)
some water (and maybe a little toothpaste, too)

Also, I think I swallowed a small piece of fluff from my workout towel while I was on the treadmill.

It’s 11 in the morning here.
1 black tea, a bowl of apricot oatmeal with skim milk, peice of toast with butter, a milk coffee, some water, some spit, and some toothpaste.

Going from this morning forward:

12 ounces of Coca-Cola.
Handful of Crunch Berries, dry, straight from the box.
Bowl of noodles, beef and several vegetables from a Mongolian BBQ restaurant, small bowl of rice, two glasses of water, two glasses of Pepsi, and the ice that came with aforementioned drinks.
Half a roll of Spree candies.
About a handful of candy hearts left over from Valentine’s Day that I found in my car.
