I know a shyster is slang for a lawyer. But I don’t get it in the context.
The context: The movie South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut. The boys had just gotten on the Internet and accidentally viewed a German porn video featuring Cartman’s mom, which disgusts them so much, they throw up.
Later that night, Cartman asks his mother, “Mom. if you were ever in a German shyster video, you’d tell me, right?”
Is there some sort of stereotype of GErman lawyers that I never heard about?

Scheisse is German for shit. Scheisse videos are pornographic movies with people defecating on each other. And doing other things with feces even worse than that. It actually is a popular genre in German pornography.
