I must be not hearing the lyrics correctly in the store where I heard it. It starts off with this almost shouted exclamation “O’ Saint Nicholas!” with an explosive “O”.

My google fu yields nothing . Any help appreciated.

Maybe you could elaborate a little? Is it sacred? Funny? Jazz? Classical? Is she a soprano? an alto? Are there any other words or phrases you remember?

It Must Have Been the Mistletoe by Barbra Streisand. At around 0:59 she says “Oh, Saint Nicholas…”

Carry Me Home by Hey Rosetta. At around 0:20 he sings “Oh, Saint Nicholas…”

I think I know the song you mean - Ol’ Saint Nicholas by Doris Day.

That’s it! Oddly “OH” and “O” Saint Nicholas gave me nothing on google.
