It’s a nice easy listening kind of song sung by a group with female lead voice. It has several French lines in it then it has the English speaking park which includes “when you say” then the French phrase. IIRC it was on 50’s or 60’s Sirius but I could not write the title down while driving.
Any ideas?
Que sera, sera? That’s Spanish, though.
Voulez-vouz couchez avec moi? Sung by a guy.

I just recalled it also had an almost Jimmy Durante like “hot cha cha cha cha” refrain throughout the song.
Beat me to it! ETA: except, wait, isn’t it all in French?
I had never bothered to look it up before, but Wikipedia says—
The saying has no history in Spain, Italy, or France, and in fact is ungrammatical in all three of these Romance languages.[13] It is composed of Spanish or Italian words superimposed on English syntax. It was evidently formed by a word-for-word mistranslation of English “What will be will be”, merging the free relative pronoun what (= “that which”) with the interrogative what?[14]
Patti LaBelle is a guy?
No. At about 1:20 she starts speaking in English over the French lyric. It doesn’t include “when you say,” though.
Here’s the lyrics of Longet’s version . (There were various versions in French and/or English in the late 1960s.)
Je T’Aime…Moi Non Plus?
May be all in French too, I don’t remember and didn’t feel like sitting through the entire song to find out. It has French phrasing though and was on the radio sometime around the late sixties/early seventies, but not sung by a group.
Probably NSFW due to accompanying imagery.

It’s entirely in French, except for the orgasm, which is in Primal Language.
Very popular with the guys in my high school class when it came out in 1969.
It was very popular with me when it came out in 1969.
Ca Plane Pour Moi ? But wrong decade.
Michelle, ma belle
These are words that go together well
My Michelle
Michelle, ma belle
Sont des mots qui vont tres bien ensemble
Tres bien ensemble

OK kids, here's a challenge for yers: Name me some pop songs that have charted and/or received airplay in English-speaking countries, having at least one line of French in the lyrics.
Examples (excuse my '80s bias):
