Why? It’s just Canada. Other than Tim Hortons’s, Canadian Tire, and a wax museum or two what are you missing out on?

I just want to say that the several posts warning that X country is becoming quite right-leaning… There’s a big difference between what right leaning means in the US compared to Europe, say, and there’s a difference between right leaning in the US and the rhetoric and plans of Maga fascism.

Nothing’s set in stone, and things can change anywhere (as I’ve said previously, I think the US is the vanguard of a war of disinformation, so, sadly, I’m expecting things like vaccine and climate change denial to gain pace everywhere). But few places could elect a bonafide trump right now, or say 1% of the things he says.
