Can someone please tell me why all the children’s channels waste my time with stupid anecdotal stories of kids doing stuff? I mean what do I gain from knowing someone play guitar a “a record 5 hours”, or saving a birthday wish for later?
What is the point of these spots?
As far as I know, it’s just a fancier way of going to commercial than just sticking up a title card reading “we’ll be right back.” Here, you get a little story before going to commercial. I’m not a network-schedule-man, I don’t really know. Kids like to hear about other kids, I guess.
