This was played by the Late Show Band at their first break on the Thursday show. So as they cut to commercial I only heard a few seconds of it. I think it’s a jazz cross-over like Grazing in the Grass, something from the 60’s or 70’s
I’ve tried to notate it in the attached PDF. Keep in mind only the rhythm is correct. The notes and chords are not quite right. Any ideas?

Thanks @pjd - yeah I’m not really close with the notes and chords. It needs to be slowed down quite a bit - it is in a slow cut time (2 to the bar)

Loesser originally called the song "Th...

Ok, here’s a slightly better version. The first phrase with the chromatic sequence is essentially correct.

Aside: Bugs Bunny and other cartoons is where a lot of us kids in the 50s got exposed to classical music.

I remember dancing to Tico-Tico no Fuba 50 years ago when I did Tuesday night open folk dancing at the University of Minnesota, but I’ll be damned if I can remember the name of the dance. Does anyone here?
Of course. I mean, really, what else are you gonna call it?
