Bioshock was a great game, but tbh it has nothing on it’s predecessor, the System Shock series. It’s kinda like the dumb-man’s system shock. Though I did love the story, I just can’t put it above SS (especially SS2) in any regard.
Mass Effect most certainly gets my vote, I absolutely love the series. I’d also throw in Assassin’s Creed in there. I’m currently playing and loving the second one. I’D like to add Super Monkey Ball to the list, even though the first Wii version was absolutely terrible (I’ve not played the new one) , the first two were bloody fantastic
It’s only two games in the IP series, but I’d rented *Uncharted *when it came out and I just bought Uncharted 2 last night. Very impressive movie-like games.
Although everyone that’s answered in this thread likes video games, I think it’s perfectly clear that I have nothing in common with some of you.
I would like to nominate Bayonetta. All kinds of kick-ass and great art design.
