What is your favorite series of Geico commercials?

Seconded. These were by far my favorite series of theirs. Even when they were annoying, they were funny. Oh, Little Richard, you do make me laugh so!

I hate them all. I don’t get how stupid commercials sell anything…

I loved the cavemen/deadpan guy crossover.

I hate all of them, but I used to find the gecko entertaining. The cavemen and the money annoy me. The other just bores me.

I like the one where the gecko eats the Nasonex bee, who fatally stings him on the way down his digestive tract.

Two problems solved.

The nasonex bee deserves his own thread. There have been at least 4 iterations, the latest having absurdly large eyebrows.

I voted Caveman, although Pothole may be my single favorite. I’ve called that pothole by my co-worker’s name ever since the first time I saw the commercial.
I smiled for about an hour yesterday after I transferred a call to her, and she cried out, “Oh, noooooooooooooooo!” It was spot-on.

I just love the Deadpan Guy. He’s like the opposite of the Progressive Insurance woman.

The two of them should get together.

I’m ashamed to say that I want the “ringadiddy-ding-dingy-do” ringtone.

I’d use it for someone who doesn’t call me often, but I want it.

I have the ringtone - you can just download it from the Geico website. There is an unexpected side-effect, though. If the TV is on, and I’m not paying much attention, when the gekko in the bathroom commercial comes on and the phone rings, I look around to see if it is MY phone that is ringing…

O. M. F. G.

And now it is mine.

The way the gecko says “We’ve been duped” at the end of one of the radio spots, for some reason, strikes me as wildly hilarious. I don’t know why.

Speaking of Flo, the Progressive girl, the actress who plays her, Stephanie Courtney, has appeared on the “Cavemen” TV show.

Geico Cavemen vs. Progressive Girl Flo

Tiny House and Pothole are my favorites individually.

I like pretty much all the Cavemen ads (which I voted for), and the Gecko is good too.

I always preferred the Gecko (though his old accent was better). The Cavemen’s not being able to let go soured them for me. Never heard the deadpan guy. Googly-eyed money never made sense, as it never moved, so why not just pick up the money and get it back without switching? (Or if doing so automatically switched your insurance, wouldn’t you be killing a sentient creature when you rip the eyeballs off?)

That was actually funny. I’m shocked. Did the internet lie to me?

hmm, Stephanie Courtney looks heavier in that clip. She’s got a double chin.

One thing about the Geico lizard’s boss. The boss character is kind of funny. He seems so dumb compared to the lizard. But, is it a good idea making a Geico executive look like a dumb ass? That’s not exactly the kind of employee you want processing your insurance claim.

I had to bump this. It was inevitable: they teamed the question-and-answer guy with the caveman.

I couldn’t vote for any you listed. If I had to pick from the list I’d go with the lizard, but two you didn’t list are the squirrels in the road and the talking pothole. I even offer samples:

I suspect YouTube has even more that I prefer to the ones listed in the poll.

Sorry.

Adding: I posted after reading the OP and before reading others’ comments. I did not vote.

I don’t like the googly-eyed money, but I will say that it was the inspiration for one of the Cub Scouts in my son’s pack. He made a pinewood derby car replica of the money complete with the googly eyes and a hidden mp3 player that when activated played “Somebody’s Watching Me”.

He took a trophy for this feat of workmanship. Deserved it, too.
