What ... is your FAVOURITE COLOUR???

Hey, all you purple people. You’re not brainwashed Northwestern students, are you?

Cobalt blue. Something about the light through an old bottle made of cobalt glass…

Not me! I’m an Oklahoma State student and hate that damned orange we’re supposed to wear on game days. I always opt for the black instead.
No offense to TCMS, of course.

The grayish almost turquoise blue eye color that my children share, especially when they are looking at the world in awe.

Red

It may not be the most flattering color I can wear. It may make me look like an old-time fire engine. It may bleed and turn all my whites pink.

Still, I do so love red and its varients. My bedroom is painted deep garnet… mmmmmm

the blue of moi’s eyes.

though to see me dress you’d say black.

Midnight blue and cobalt blue. Hands down. Best colors out there. Rest of y’all are nuts.

Tibs.

Blue.

Phalocyanine blue.

Purple, then dark blue.

Green of course.

Because it’s the color of the best smiley

Seriously, though, green.

I’m fickle.

When I was a little kid, it was red. I loved red so much that I deliberately slowed down so I’d come in second place in a race, so I’d get the red ribbon.

Then for a while it was blue. Pretty much any shade.

In college, it was green. Dark green.

Now it is orange. Safety orange, preferably. I think I’m in an extroverted stage of life.

My other favorite color is 2.3 microns, deep in a methane absorbtion band, where the planet Saturn is deep and dark, and its rings are glorious and dazzling.

560nm, no doubt about it. Well, ok, a few nanometers in either direction doesn’t hurt too much, as long as it stays in the deep bluish-green range (meaning more green than blue).

Dragwyr stole mine… pout

Arden, maybe a glossy black as opposed to a matte black?

Blue. I should say “tricolour”, but … blue.

Does anybody believe those tests which suggest that your color preference has something to do with your sexual style?

The warm orange glow of a fire when I come in out of the cold, the blinding white of a fresh snowfall. The shiny black of my little dog’s nose, the impossible blue of a summer’s twilight. The blazing yellow of spring’s first flowers, the incredible brown of my love’s eyes.
So many favorites, I can’t choose only one.

Rose

My absolute favorite color that has no real name is that faint hint of blue, mixed with a touch of gray, bordering on a purplish shade that is the color of the moonlight reflecting off of a fresh, undisturbed snowfall at night. I love that color.

So far as more conventional colors go, I love dark green, dark red and deep purple. In recent years I have also developed a sincere appreciation for a rich, bright orange.

Plaid.

PINK…any shade…

Gray or silver.

I don’t much gravitate toward bright colors; much prefer subdued taupe, sage, cobalt, amber, burgundy, etc. Yeah, yeah, so I’m repressed. They’re just more restful to me.

Veb

Blinding RED. As red on the noodle as a pecker on a poodle.
However, for wearing purposes…black. I happen to look pretty great in black, if I do say so myself.

It’s slimming, too.

And lastly, but not least by any means: royal blue. Another flattering shade for me.

orange. beyond safety orange. bright loud day-glo toxic waste I won’t get shot in deer season orange.
