What is your first-thing-in-the-morning drink?

A glass of Juicy Juice. I’m almost 40 years old, seems a bit immature, but I do it nonetheless.

16.9 ounces of Diet Mt. Dew

Usually a big mug of coffee, lots of full-fat milk, no sugar. Although I do occasionally take tea in the morning.

Water, then either hot tea (no milk or sugar) or coffee (milk, no sugar); probably tea about 60 percent of the time, coffee 40. And after the water but before the tea or coffee, a big swig of cranberry juice out of the bottle to wake up my mouth.

Work days: Iced tea, unsweetened.

Off days: Double espresso, straight.

Either strong black unsweetened coffee, or a can of energy drink. Now I’m employed again beer for breakfast is troublesome…

Water

Hot tea, plain.

The beer I had for breakfast wasn’t bad, so I had one more for dessert.

But seriously, I have a drink of water, then I brush my teeth. I can’t stand to eat or drink anything else until I brush my teeth.

Hot black tea (I change up the precise brand/flavor) with a bit of milk.

Water. Followed by a Diet Coke about an hour later.

Metamucil

Irish breakfast tea, skim milk.

You’ve got your priorities straight.

Used to be a big mug of weak black tea with a lot of skimmed milk in it. Now it is milk with a calcium supplement. Often with a bit of cocoa in it.

Water, to wash down my meds. Then I move on to coffee, strong, with a splash of heavy cream.

I always need to chug a big glass of water about an hour before I’m ready to wake up. When I do get up, I have a latte made with 2 shots of espresso and 1 cup of warm milk. Mmmmm.

A couple swallows of water with my pill then a large miug or Tazo tea wild sweet orange

Water. I rarely drink anything but water until I’m home for the day.

Black tea. Nothing fancy. Cold in the summer; hot in the winter.
