Egg on a toasted roll or english muffin with bacon and cheddar cheese and a splash of industrial-league hot sauce. It’s only quick because I do it so often I’m on automatic pilot and can produce it even before I’ve had my coffee.

If quickness is needed, that means I need to leave my home and get on the road, so that means either McD’s, or one of the gas stations which has breakfast sandwiches.
Nearly every morning it’s plain Greek yogurt with walnuts on top. I don’t like sweets in the morning and most quick breakfasts (cereal, protein bars, etc) seem to be sweet.
Coffee and Fiber One cereal. Whatever I ate yesterday, I want it outta there today!
If I’m especially hungry, cold, or otherwise in need of comfort, instant oatmeal. And the Publix brand has trivia questions on the packets! Can you name the capital of the Czech Republic?

3/4 c. greek full fat yogurt, 3 Tbsp hemp hearts, 3/4 c berries and a dash of honey or maple syrup.
Or buttered whole grain toast ( I like squirrelly bread) and a piece of Camembert with a bit of juice or half grapefruit.
I eat an omelette and coffee around 4 hours after waking.
A 12 oz. Mountain Dew at seven and an un-toasted cherry Pop Tart about nine.

Since winter is coming. I stocked up on instant oatmeal packets. The kind that you pour boiling water over and stir. sacrilege I know. But when theres only 10 mins to grab breakfast its a good choice before walking outside in the cold…
Pretty much black coffee, keep it coming. I don’t eat breakfast much unless it is a specialish occasion.
Bib’sMill 5 grain rolled oatmeal, made in the microwave.
1/3 cup of Bob’s, like a cup of water. And Craisins, or maybe something better. Add 8-10 whole cloves, or grind cinnamon, or green cardamon pods.
Nuke 3 min on high, make instant coffee at the same time. Drink the coffee, set microwave to 15 min, power level 2.
Do all other morning rituals – the 3 S’s, dress.
Eat piping hot oatmeal a brush teeth, or brush teeth and take oatmeal to go.
Extra water added while making it fills me up more.
A plain veggie burger and pineapple. Not mixed together, though. I eat the patty and then I eat the pineapple.
I ate cereal and milk for years. But with a few exceptions, cereal is loaded with sugar. While I love milk, I am mildly lactose intolerant. It gives me the winds and the bloat. Besides that, I don’t like knowing I’m starting the day with a food item I’m not properly digesting. I want all parts of my body to be happy, not just my taste buds.
Veggie burger + pineapple always hits the spot. In the summer I add guacamole to the mix. Yum yum.
