What items do you carry on yourself on a daily basis?

Funny thing is thats why i put it all together. Just in case. It has more stuff in it but i would have to go through it. my only vice is it has no support because everything is loose. Usually i will through in a textbook or a few magazines just to give it some backbone support.

Left pants pocket: Cash
Left rear pocket, if not wearing coat and going out: Checkbook.
Right pants pocket: 2-3 carefully folded tissues, cherry chapstick, swiss army knife, 2-3 tums. If not wearing coat and going out: keys.

Pretty much it.

Backpack. I don’t do bags. On the move, it generally contains:

  • My PDA
  • My cell phone
  • My Bluetooth earpiece
  • A travel-size stick of deodorant, just in case
  • Two bottles of cologne (1 Azzaro, 1 Cool Water), also just in case
  • 1 travel-size can of Axe body spray (Phoenix) – yes, I have a thing for being prepared to smell nice if I need to.
  • A small pill bottle filled with Advil
  • A small box of Q-tips
  • A small pack of Kleenex
  • A pen

I also generally take my iPod with me as well, which includes a set of in-ear monitors and a BluEye wired remote/FM radio/Bluetooth receiver so I can answer my phone or make calls with my iPod.

And of course my keys and wallet, which are always on my person.

My phone, wallet & Keys.
In summer I have sun glasses, in the winter I have lip-salve.

Purse contains:
Wallet
Checkbook
Keys
Appointment Book
Sunglasses case w/sunglasses
Kleenex in a cloth holder
Lip Balm
Folding Fan
Wooden Comb
Eye Drops
Cel Phone
Umbrella (It matches my purse :))

In the side zipper pocket:
2 Lipsticks
Mirror
Blotting paper
Coupons
Mood Chart

Girls are revealing what’s in their purse? The endtimes are nigh!

As for me, wallet and keys in left front pocket. Cell phone, cigarettes, lighter, and pen in the right front.

Phone and house key.
Everything else stays in a tray by the door. I only carry a wallet when driving, and leave it in the glove box or trunk, just taking one card or cash into a store.

RF: Cell
LF: Keys
RR: wallet
LR: badge

As long as I fill my pockets up, I know I’ve got everything I need.

Where exactly is that cell pone again?

And to stay on topic, usually I have (in my pants, since I don’t carry a man-purse)

Front Left: Cell phone (Motorola SLVR L7
Front Right- Keys, Swiss Army Knife (soldier model) and a pen if I think I’m going to need it
Rear Right- Wallet.

That’s it. I try to travel pretty light.

Purse:
wallet
checkbook
pen
cell Phone
pda
camera
lipstick
usb memory stick
pen knife
hand sanitizer
lotion tube
work access badge

Sometimes my keys, and sometimes they’re in my pocket.

That’s about it for regular stuff.

Because everyone else is saying where everything is…
In everyday pants:
LF: keys, knife, cell phone
RF: cash, sometimes iPod
RR: wallet
LR: empty
In cargo pants, the cell phone and iPod move to lower pockets.
In jeans, the cell phone moves to LR, iPod moves to jacket pocket or hand, and change moves to “watch pocket”.

I carry everything in my pockets on clipped to my belt. Usually this includes:

Wallet
Keys
Change
Comb
Palm Treo
pedometer
wristwatch.

wallet (contains no cash)
phone (usually)

Lately all my stuff has migrated to my coat, which holds my keys (including USB drive I hardly ever use on keychain), MP3 player, and cash.

Without coat, cash is in right front pocket.

that’s about it. I used to be one of those “knife all the time” guys, but fell out of it around age 25 or so.

I try to keep things minimal, generally:

Left jacket pocket: Cell phone
Right jacket pocket: Wallet
Right hip: Kimber 1911 .45ACP (8+1, cocked and locked)

Carrying a useful knife is illegal here in Seattle ( ), so that’s out. If I’m not wearing a jacket, the cell phone goes in a pouch on the left hip, and the wallet goes in my back pocket.

I carry a Man Purse.

Within which is held:

Outside Front Pocket: A can of Old Spice Body Spray and Deoderant- because you never know.

Outside Rear Pocket: A water bottle I got from 24 hour fitness which fits snuggly inside.

Outside Side Pocket #1: This is where I throw my keys, cell phone, work badge and cell phone ear bud. This is also where loose change usually ends up.

Outside Side Pocket #2: This is the storage space for “Random Electronic Things” MP3 player, Camera are what is most commonly found here.

Inside Zipper Pocket: Is where I store my wallet and, if I need to take some with me, any medecine I may need. This is the hardest place to pick pocket or lose something.

Main Pocket: I carry a binder I made for work which carries our rules/regulations. A leather pencil pouch. A Daily Organizer. Occasionally clothes & baby things.

In pouch on walking stick: a small pewter owl figurine, two pressed pennies, list of my medications.

In purse: at least two books, wallet, keys (Leatherman Squirt on keychain), pocketpack of tissues, notebook, pens, pencils, Sharpies, receipts, business cards, handicap placard, and odd items that I’ve picked up. I am SUPPOSED to also have my cell phone, but I usually forget it.

In pocket: bandana matching my outfit (I have something like two dozen bandanas, mostly in fashion colors).

There’s probably other stuff that I’ve forgotten. I haven’t taken inventory lately, and I don’t want to wake my husband to check in my purse.

I blow my nose in the tissues, and wipe my face with my bandana, in case anyone was wondering why I carry both.

In theory at least, I’m a “lady,” but on the rare occasions I leave home I carry a wallet (with chain) in my back pocket containing the usual ID and so forth. No matter where I am or what I am doing, I have in my pockets one Chapstick (black label, of course) and two Puffs brand facial tissues. And lint, of course.

In pockets: wallet, cell phone, pack of tissues, often lighter.

In backpack (which I carry almost daily and almost everywhere):
depends, but right now swiss army knife (big one), comb, ibuprofen, keys, spare shoelaces, couple of magazines, book, umbrella, several letters, receipts and documents in side pocket, notepad, couple of pens and fire starting tool. Oh, and a small pouch full of glass beads (what it’s doing here?).

Let’s see . . .
