Film from the 90’s, basically the climax is at an open air football stadium, a very big one. Main character agrees to meet with the bad guys for some reason, obviously bad guys set up a trap for him with heavily armed dudes and snipers all over the stadium. However the good guy brought his own back-up in the pair of two ex-military friends, one armed with a heavy machine gun and the other with a rocket launcher. They calmly sit high-up in the stadium seats and pick off the bad guys one by one with overwhelming firepower, at one point there’s a “hold my beer” moment where the one guy gives the other guy something to hold while he reloads and starts blasting rockets randomly onto the field.
