I don’t think there was any, nor do I even exactly remember where I lost my virginity. I do remember my first kiss, though. No music there, either.
not me but some people probably intentionally listened to and did
Paradise by the Dashboard Light
in the front seat of a car. there might even be a fan club or something.
Ride of the Valkyries. It was epic.
G.I. Blues
The Cranberries first album in 1993. Haha.
Hallelujah Chorus. At least that’s what I was hearing.
It was an odd one for me. This one. Olias of Sunhillow by Jon Anderson. Very New agey prog rock. I still like it a lot, but man, listening to it feels weird sometimes.
“Bittersweet Symphony” by The Verve is the only one I specifically remember
None. I’m certain that the room did not have a radio or stereo system at all, and the TV would have been off.
If there was a male involved (I don’t know if you are M or F or straight or gay or whatever) was his name “Ed?”
Since my boyfriend at the time was obsessed with them, I would say most likely The Bare Naked Ladies.
Obsessed with at least one barenaked lady…
The End by the Doors.
Wonderfully, deliciously ironic.
The soundtrack of The Rocky Horror Picture Show from the theater upstairs.
Can’t say I blame you. A friend of mine who is friends with Taj says that he has 17 kids with a variety of women.
I don’t actually remember but I strongly suspect it was the album Maxinquaye by Tricky. That and Dummy by Portishead were my go-to shag albums of the mid-90s.
It was outside during the summer so there were birds singing, wind in the trees, etc.
I really don’t know, but if there was music it was probably some sort of early 90’s slow jam R&B.
I don’t remember any music, but I was so f’n nervous at the time, I may have just missed it.
I don’t remember the exact songs playing during the act. This was long ago… 1978 when I was as horny as a little devil. I was 15, which answers the question of the thread that inspired this one. I wasn’t nervous because we were pretty familiar with each others’…er…bodies. In the weeks before there had been a lot of heavy petting prior to the official "deflowering."After my dad left for the office my boyfriend came over and we spent the day playing hooky from school, getting stoned, rating the fridge and rolling around on my waterbed. Most definitely we had to have listened to Led Zeppelin, they were one of my favorite bands at the time. The only song that I distinctly remember hearing at some point was, Wish You Were Here, by Pink Floyd. He also had his guitar with him and played for a while.
Good times.
