A 4 minute video with the first 2 minutes being from the last episode of the Season 5 Finale and only the last, maybe, 5 seconds with anything “new”
I want a White Paper on the smoke monster.
Is Hurley actually crazy?
I think most of us think “No”, but he was in the loony bin before the island…
I don’t know if this is my #1 mystery, but I’d like to know why they gave the show its title. I kept thinking early on that this was the key to the mystery.
My question, just because nobody else mentioned anything about it yet,
why is there an atomic bomb on the island?
If I remember correctly back in the world war days or back when the US was testing atomic bombs some planes crashed on the island and one of the planes had a bomb.
The big question is: What is the island? They say it’s not purgatory, but it still seems like it is.
Also: Why does Hurley never lose weight?
wasn’t that answered by the Dharma dropped food supplies?
I’d have to go all the way back to season 1. Sigh…
Well, the part on the plane was different, I think. I think the stewardess didn’t originally give Jack the extra drink.
Am I wrong?
She gave him 2 more bottles in the pilot.
Looks like she only gave him 1 in the preview.
I want to know the story behind the wooden ship found on the island in the first season. I don’t recall it being explained later on.
it’s the Black Rock. A distant relative of Alvar Hanso (dude that founded the Dharma Initiative) was the captain of the ship, managed to find the island (though i’m not sure how it wound up “on” the island) and wrote about it in a journal. Widmore bought it at some auction, presumably to help him re-locate the island.
some of this is gotten through the show, but much of the back story regarding the lineage between the captain and the founder of DHARMA, is from canonical sources
I want to know how that plane in Nigeria carrying Eko’s brother wound up on the Island, and why when Ben left the Island he wound up in Saharan Africa.
I mean, obviously I care most about what the island “is”, which presumably has to be answered - i took the OP to mean more of the minute weird things about the island that i’d like to have answered
I promised a friend that I would watch LOST. So I’m actually somewhat invested in the show right now. I say this because I don’t want this to seem like threadshitting, when I say that for me the biggest mystery is how anyone can watch this tripe without being forced to promise to do so by a friend? (A friend?!?! Maybe not.) I’m almost through Season One. He insists Season Two is better. It better be.
(I told him today that I figured out where the title comes from: it’s what happens to your time while you’re waiting for something good to happen.)
Seems, Nay, it is. You know not ‘seems’, apparently.
Why even post it?
Where exactly is the island? What is it? What was that donkey wheel Ben turned to screw things up?
Why is the show called Lost? I think that’s the main question that’ll be answered to end the show. Can’t wait for Feb. 2nd.
Because not only are the characters lost on an island, but they are lost in their lives.
Anyway, all I want Lost to explain is the smoke monster and the deal with the god people. From interviews with the creators what I gather is that not all of the mysteries will be solved, but all the character arcs will be resolved.
Not watching the four minute spoiler is making me twitch.
also lost in time, lost in space (or lost on the face of the earth). But which “Lost” is the one that matters the most.
I saw something with Evangeline Lilly where she said the major stuff will be resolved whereas the minor stuff isn’t. What is considered major and minor is what we’ll find out.
