What plant/animal cross would you love to see?

I apologize for the atrocious wordplay, but it has its uses sometimes. See, another of my experiments involved the turf on my back lawn and a large one-horned pachydermatoid, and the resulting perennial rhinograss was getting seriously out of control, much as the hambush did. But I set about it with a bon mot or two and pretty soon it was all neatly mown, with the obligatory contrasting stripes.

'Cos, y’know, the pun is mightier than the sward.

Set them in an Earthlike world… but one that doesn’t have a moon to skim off some of the atmosphere, like we do. The atmosphere would be much thicker, closer to that of Venus. More atmosphere= more wind and less sunlight. Windplants would be the way to go in those situations.

As for a plant-animal hybrid, I want The Magical Meat Bush. It’s a tree, or large shrub, which bears steaks of various cuts on its limbs. Let’s see you complain now, vegetarians!

How about a snake plant made of actualy snakes?

Or a spider plant made of actual spiders (ewwwwww)

Hey, I know! How about a cross between a very young chicken and a philodendren? You could call it an eggplant!

d’oh!

A pug mixed with monkey mixed with an Eagle

Basically a flying monkey with a pug face and personality. (And no Eagle claws) It would be more a house and yard flying pug-monkey.
