It was on another (though recently topical) subject that the Perfect Master made the following suggestion, which I find appealing:
Sorry I’m late. Is it too late to suggest that a unique term isn’t necessary? Why not call them “idiots”. After all, does anyone think they are worthy of having their very own term of derision?

Trump and the birthers have diminished the office of the president. He had to show his proof so he could go on with doing his job. It was humiliating for him and a debasement of the office. He was treated like a thief who stole the office ,even though he showed his certificate 3 years ago. He had to stop his business to once again show the bigots what they demanded.
I know, it doesn’t really work. I wish it did, dammit!
