Heard it on TV in an ad for The Hunger, but it’s not actually in the film, AFAIK. I’m quite sure it’s from the 80s, as I’ve also heard it in clubs on 80s night. Can’t really describe it 'xcept the chorus is a guy croaking “Undead, undead, undead.”
