That’s crap. The bad guys always know exactly who Bond is, and they always end up sending their most beautiful female agent to kill him, and she sleeps with him instead (ref: Dr. No, You Only Live Twice, A View to a Kill, and arguably just about every movie in the series).
Then Bond would quickly assemble a team of female superheroes to help him.
