Well, I’m not sure, but I think the respondent might be assuming you’re a professional escort. PE’s have busy schedules, so they do require some advance notice for booking purposes. Many of them are exotic dancers, and they make extra money as an escort while traveling the dancing circuit.
Lead time = Is late July too soon?
Lead time usually refers to the ammount of time before a product or service can be supplied. Maybe he’s in purchasing.

Its a personal ad site, kiss.com , and people place personal ads, same as in the paper. I put up an ad in November I think.
