What the heck language is Facebook showing me?

I don’t have a Facebook account but for the past several days if I end up at a Facebook page after a search it is in a foreign language. The title reads, “Lihat seterusnya di Facebook”. Wassup?

According to Google it’s Malay, or maybe Indonesian. It seems like it means something like “go to the next page”.

ETA: In the context of Facebook, I assume it’s something like an attempt by someone who wants to be an influencer to gain followers.

Yeah. Your search is resulting in link to a click farm.

Weird. But it is on every Facebook page I visit, even ones I had bookmarked from the past. The entire page is in this language. How do I switch back to English?

UPDATE Got it. I cleared my Facebook cookies.

@FlikTheBlue is correct. It’s Indonesian (or possibly Malaysian - the languages are identical except for some spellings and preferred word choices). I speak Indonesian so could read it without Google.

I would translate that as “See the material that follows on Facebook.”
