Well the one thing I can say about him is that I honestly found his non-costume costume a nice change of pace. The bright red jacket wouldn’t have been my sartorial choice, but it beats the standard super-hero tights.
I hope it isn’t Greg Berlanti. He is one of the main parties responsible for The Green Lantern. Let him stick to the good stuff he is doing on TV.
I support Rockford Files!
I think it’d be interesting to do it as a period piece, not a modern reboot, but I’d watch either. To be honest, I’d watch it without Fillion, but I think he’d be the best option.
The sword is his penis? ![]()
A swhat?
Heh.
All kidding aside, a good-sized part of the Swordsman is that he’s supposed to be a bigger and smirkier version of Jeremy Renner.
Another good-sized part is his penis.
Perhaps its time to get back on the stage. Take a break from the cameras for awhile.
He’s made plenty of money and can afford to focus himself for awhile.
Slither, the series
Although, I’d support Rockford files, how about Ty Burrel as angel?
I’d like to see a feature-length Dr. Horrible sequel, or a remake of the original.
Or Firefly, of course.
I’d much rather see him as Rockford than Vince Vaughn, who is currently pushing his own big-screen version.
No, wait, even better - a *Man From Atlantis *remake…
Actually, Fillion would make a great* Buck Rogers*.
What he said ![]()
Heck, he can even play Wonder Man without going to the gym and it would be great. Give him a few “Wonder Man acting” scenes and let’s see if he can ham it up even more than for Captain Hammer :evil grin:
We could have Fillion playing Wonder Man playing Captain Hammer…
I agree with you two. Booster Gold is a great idea.
Rcokford would end up being a retread of Castle -
Buck Rogers - would be a fantastic fit, but I don’t think the aging Fillon can pull it off.
‘Greatest American Hero’ maybe?
If they ever do a movie about the video game franchise Uncharted, he should definitely play the lead character Nathan Drake; although he is getting a little old for that role now.
A Western with the same cast as Firefly.
Not Rockford, no, no, a thousand times no (and not Vince Vaughn, either, a million times no). But how about in a version of one of those old Rock Hudson-Doris Day movies? I saw one today, Send me no Flowers, and it struck me he have fun with that part, or with any of the other ones, too. He’d have to hit the gym, though…
Apparently, Kevin Smith just landed a gig to produce a TV show based on Buckaroo Banzai. Fillion would certainly be a top contender for the lead. One almost wonders if his availability is what prodded the green light.
How’s his singing?
Everyone’s a singer in their own way.
