Vegetables? What are those? Oh, you mean the occasional can of corn? What? Corn’s not a vegetable? Damn. How about broccoli shaped doughnuts? No? Damn. So if my eating habits aren’t the best, it would be a good idea to take a multi-vitamin / supplement of some sort. But which one? I just cruised a few vitamin / health food sites, and am a bit overwhelmed by the amount of choices. All I really want is a multi vitamin / mineral supplement that will keep me healthy until I learn to make room in my fridge for something else besides beer. Any suggestions from health conscious Dopers? Thanks!
