That is brilliant! I wish the editor had started with a lot more footage though - too much repetition.
Not only great writing, but technically solid as well. They started with the widescreen DVD and put the subtitles below the image, they matched the subtitles to the speech beautifully “…a fucking…strategy…session…”, they matched recognizable English words, getting not just Stalin, but “SS”, they even edited the original footage to cut out bits so they didn’t have to vamp.
A solid 9.5 here (though only a 7.3 from the Russian judge).

I have watched so many of these, so often, I can kind of say the German along with Hitler. Although I don’t know a lick of German.
ETA: Ok, I thought I had seen enough of these to stop laughing, but the Grammar Nazi one just killed me.
One of the things that makes it work so well where so many others fail is that the subject is something that you can genuinely imagine Hitler actually ranting about. Grammer Nazis have been with us always.
