Examples I know of include:
[ol]
[li]coolsiteoftheday.com[/li][li]coolpick.com[/li][li]askmen.com[/li][/ol]
This Yahoo category list lists several sites, but I know it’s not comprehensive.
Are there other examples you can you think of?

Not exactly what you asked but you might try StumbleUpon. It’s a site selector which uses your expressed interests (e.g., music, theatre, animals, etc.) to search for interesting sites.
Google “StumbleUpon”.
I use stumbleupon a lot. It’s pretty good.
Depending on what you mean by ‘interesting websites’, there are any number of social networking sites that will dredge up new stuff to show you - Digg, Fark, Propeller, etc…
Thanks for the replies so far… It’s not so much that I’m interested in finding interesting web sites myself, it’s that I have a commercial web site that has an interesting concept.
I’d like to write to the editorial staff of blogs and web sites that routinely profile “cool” or “interesting” sites for possible inclusion of my site.
