Hey everybody. I tried. I’ve been out-voted. Rerailing the thread is now your job, not mine.
That’s about where I am these days. I have a desk with big monitors and a docking station. And a wireless meece. Which almost never get used.
Instead, just like this instant moment, I’m sitting in my comfy recliner w my feet up on the ottoman and my Surface tablet + keyboard in laptop mode atop my outstretched legs. The touchpad on the keyboard device is all I need.
Meh. I check in every so often when I see that there are more posts. Oh, there are, but they’re still about computer mice. Well, maybe there are better sites to visit. I’ll check back later.
Hehe, a friend and I dropped a mainframe back in the mid nineties, by using GW BASIC to calculate the Fibonacci sequence.
We were only 13 at the time, so kind of underestimated how woefully underpowered the mainframes of those days were.
