Same as Scarlett67, I think. I don’t remember. I also would’ve omitted “obey” if it had been in there, but it wasn’t. We were married by a nice Baptist minister in my in-laws house. The photos took longer than the ceremony.

We dispensed of all that ritual repetition stuff, but for the life of me, I cannot remember what Mr. tlw said to me in the way that I remember what I said. (I’ll have to ask him, because I know he remembers. Mind like a steel trap, my man has.)
In any case, as I gave him his ring, I said: “You are my best friend, and I will always treat you as my best friend. As we walk through life, and as we depart it, I shall be bound to you. What is mine is yours, including my heart, and so it shall always be. Now and forever, with all of my love and devotion.”
