What will happen when Glenn Beck finally goes nuts?

Fine. I’ll re-phrase. Can we not all agree that Beck has done some positive things? Such as assisting in the exposure of less-than-savory, if not criminal, behavior within the ACORN organization? And outing Van Jones as a lunatic, nut-job Truther?

Neither of those things is true.

Even if they were, and even were they positive, you can’t polish a turd. Beck, like Mike the Savage Weiner, plays to the worst of us, and the worst in us. And I cannot convince myself other than that he knows exactly what he’s is doing, and does it anyway out of sheer narcissistic cynicism.

This carries him beyond being merely weak, or wicked, but cruising at flank speed to evil.

Well, a “narcissistic cynic who plays to the worst in us” is a pretty vague concept. Do you have any specific acts of evil that Beck has committed in mind?

Well, there’s that rape and murder back in the early nineties he never accounted for. That’s pretty gruesome.

Then there’s his long-standing practice of coating his dick with honey, superglue, and rock salt before anally raping the First Amendment.

Isn’t this the thread with a link to a story about his days as a morning radio host? The one where he called his competitor’s wife a couple days after she miscarried?

Or what about his habit of continually making fun of kids who ride the short bus? Whether it’s tricking some poor developmentally challenged kid into keeping an aspirin under his tongue or getting him to publicly embarrassing himself by regurgitating lies like “he exposed ACORN for the criminal enterprise that it is,” making fun of the handicapped is evil.

Given his target audience, I’d say that’s the most appropriate thing he’s ever done.

Is that really true? Because he himself has a handicapped daughter.

Oops, no, not the first part–I was just making up an example. How awfully Beckian of me

As for the second half, tricking people with sub-par intelligence to chant slogans and whatnot, there is direct evidence in this thread.

I think there was a link earlier on this thread about his days as a “shock jock”. He called on air (I think to the hospital) the woman a few days after the miscarriage to tell her how her husband, a rival DJ, couldn’t do anything right. Hyuck-hyuck-hyuck.

Huh? Was he accused of this? Was he charged? How exactly does one “account” for a rape and murder?

He’s never taken a lie detector test about the rumor that he raped and murdered a young girl in 1990. You won’t hear about that in the mainstream media. Now I’m not saying he did rape and murder a young girl in 1990, but there are questions.

It’s just odd that he won’t deny it or answer questions about it, that’s all.

Whenever he’s asked about it, he gets really, really upset. I mean I don’t know whether it’s true or not, but his reaction is telling. Plus, the questions still persist.

Now, I’m not saying he did rape and murder a young girl in 1990, but he’s offering no proof that he didn’t. Some people somewhere said he might have raped and murdered a young girl in 1990, but we just don’t know. And why is he trying so hard to stop people from talking about whether or not he raped and murdered a young girl in 1990, going so far as to file complaints about it? I’m not sure myself whether Glenn Beck raped and murdered a young girl in 1990, but there are questions. Questions no one in the mainstream media are asking.

So you call Beck “evil” and the best you can come up with is the tasteless stunt of a Howard Stern clone (assuming that it’s even true)? Really?

Actually, it’s the tasteless stunt of Beck himself, dingleberry. This is the exact same shit he and the other assholes on FOX pull all the time. “Why won’t Obama comment on his Kenyan birth certificate? What is he hiding?”

It’s true, it’s on tape.

He called a woman (a woman who had never said or done a thing to him) two days after she had a miscarriage to mock her about it on the air. That’s pretty nasty. If you don’t feel that qualifies as “evil,” then whatever, but I think you’d be in the minority.

To paraphrase Gene Hackman in Superman: “You know, it’s not that I don’t trust you…I don’t trust you; got a link?”

Enjoy.

I think I already posted this, here it is again:
