What would you call this dish?

I’m a novice when it comes to the kitchen and I don’t know much about official terms of certain dishes. I make fairly basic things, but one ‘fancy’ (for me) dish I like to throw together involves:

1 lb. of Jimmy Dean pan Italian sausage
2 pints white rice
A couple of chopped onions
A chopped green bell pepper
4-5 eggs, scrambled separately
A can of mushrooms
Some random spices, depending on my mood

I can make a big pan and it’ll last for quite awhile since it keeps well in the fridge.

Mmmm-boy that’s good. So what should I call this potpourri? Does it have a name?

If I was googling for a “breakfast casserole”, it wouldn’t surprise me to find your recipe, but breakfast casserole doesn’t do it justice. It sounds yummy.

How about “mstay’s mainstay”? Too lame?

Sounds like a skillet scramble, or even a version of fried rice. Sausage hash?
