What's for dinner today?

Well? It being Sunday I was at the in-laws today and had my mother-in-law’s lasagne, which is incredible.

I’m just working out my meal plan for the week, here’s how it looks:

Mon: London Particular (split pea and ham soup), made with the ham stock that’s cooking on the stove now.

Tue: Toad in the hole

Wed: Kheema, dhal and rice

Thurs: Pork loin in a sage and white wine sauce and boulangere potatoes

Fri: Chicken fried rice.
