Mine has clear plastic where pictures can be slipped underneath. Right now its me and Mr. Golf on New Year’s Eve and also a copy of the “Golf Widow” drink recipe by Ukulele Ike.
Mine looks like a blue circuit board, and it has these little millenium “bug” computer chips crawling around on it. It was part of an xmas present from someone last year.
In the living room (the comp I use to go online) we have a roller-ball mouse so we don’t need a mousepad. My mom has one with a pug dog on it but we don’t use it.
In my bedroom, which is a really old computer with windows 3.1 on it, so I only use it for writing term papers and such - I have a couple of mousepads. I use one shaped like a wedge of swiss cheese as a mousepad. I also have one that looks like a giant piece of PEZ candy, I use that as a drink coaster.
All three of my mousepads (two at work, one at home) feature the Space Infrared Telescope Facility (sirtf.caltech.edu) (which is the project that my dad works on)
Some clouds and the words “The sky’s the limit”.
Sometimes I feel like a naked crazy man in an empty desert, laughing at the blazing hot sun. Sometimes I don’t.
A painting of the 18th hole at St. Andrew’s Old Course. Before that it was an IBM mouse pad shaped like a golf geen which had a photo of grass on it (do you sense a trend here)

Mousepad? I don’t need no sinkin’ mousepad!
The ball in my mouse is really rubbery, so it works fine w/o one. Maybe once a month, I just pop the ball out and clean the contact points inside, but that’s it.
Is this weird?
A QWERTY keyboard. I’ve got a ThinkPad.
“Water Lilies” by Monet.
The album cover of Abbey Road with the Beatles marching off to the right.
