What's the best resource for writers on the net?

Mods, feel free to move if you think this is in the wrong forum.

There is a particular website/forum that has all kinds of advice on how to get published/get an agent, etc. I used to have it bookmarked on my old computer but lost it and can’t remember it for the life of me. I came to it because it was mentioned here a number of times, but my searches aren’t giving me what I’m looking for (I just read through this thread hoping to see it mentioned, but no dice). Can anybody help?
