Call me crazy, but I like the way nature positions the nipples. Surgeons appear not to care so much.
Well, Indygrrl probably looks at her breasts more critically and more often than anyone else in the universe, and she says they’re are perfect. Her post was so lyrical, so ecstatic, I can only believe she speaks the truth. It follows, therefore, that Indy’s surgeon cared enough to position her nipples perfectly.
You’re definitely not crazy, Ellis. But you could be a little jEllis, though.
Thanks man. I appreciate the backup.
Surgeons don’t usually “position” the nipples, unless it’s a breast lift combined with an augmentation. My incision is right along the underside of my nipples, it’s about an inch long, and healed over so well that you have to look really close to see that I even have a scar there. They can also go through the armpit or other places to put the implant in so that there are no visible scars on the breasts.
The only reason they take off the nipple is to reposition it during reconstruction or a lift. That may be what you’re seeing. Most normal breast jobs don’t require any repositioning.
Indygrrl, what did you get, ‘upgraded’ to, if you don’t mind my asking?
I think another factor is size. A woman that gets slightly bigger breasts seems to have more realistic looking breasts than a woman that gets much larger ones.
I don’t know what saline breasts feel like…I went to a strip club once, and they let me feel their boobs (which was quite surprising, I thought I wasn’t allowed to touch the dancers?
) and there was a certain firmness to them that natural boobs didn’t have; they weren’t as soft.
Call me a purist, but I like the softness of real breasts. Big OR small. But breast implants can improve some women’s appearance with clothes on, because they fit into blouses/bikinis better. In this case, it doesn’t matter what they feel like, because its all about presentation
So I say enjoy em if you got em, either way
slight hijack:
I had a dream last night that I got implants. I’m not sure why because I wear a DD IRL and I’d give anything for a reduction.
Anyway, the implants weren’t put in correctly. They were put in right under the skin but over all the other breast tissue. So, I basically had a breast on a breast. It looked really weird.
