What's the most interesting car you saw today?

Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible.

But in white

The top was up because it’s pretty cold here but it’s a really pretty car.

I didn’t see this in person but if you like carporn;

1965 AWD Mustang with 845 hp.

Yesterday afternoon at LAX airport’s Terminal 6 I saw one drive past. Me, standing on the arrivals sidewalk, and it, driving by at about 25 mph. As Telemark said, an awkward looking little car. To me it screams I’m-a-mini-Pontiac-Aztek-with-a-roundel!

(Hello, FoieGrasIsEvil!)

Boogly, you just made my day! That Mustang is everything Elanor from GI60S isn’t. It’s so ugly it’s beautiful, like an A-10.

That Mustang is fucking awesome. What a beast.

I must say, though, that i’m beginning to find these Ken Block videos a bit of a yawn.

“Let’s shut down important thoroughfares in a big city so that i can drive donuts around various objects and show it to you from seven different angles in slow motion.”

Two, yesterday. First was a Mitsubishi i-MiEV, which manages to make the BMW electric car look sleek. The other was parking across the street from a friend’s house - a late 60’s Ford Falcon Futura.

Modern Dodge Challenger - black w/ red wide racing strip down the hood/roof. Inner headlights & fog lights were red.
I’m not saying it was eeevil looking, but after seeing that, I was ready to walk up to Christine & say, “Who’s a pretty car? Who wants a widdle wuvin’ & a skritch on the fins?”

Went to a funeral today. The hearse was for show; it was empty in the back. Casket was in the bed of the next vehicle; a '52 pickup.

On yesterday afternoon’s commute, within 30 minutes: an Aston Martin DB7, and a Jaguar F Type R.

I saw a mid-60s-era Cobra on the freeway yesterday. I have got the “I wants” so bad right now…

I wonder if you could get that Caddy hearse with the 500 hp engine in the CTS-V? I’m thinking you could get a wicked looking hotrod out of that.

Tonight (Thanksgiving night) in San Francisco on 19th Avenue on my way home, driving south at around 11pm: a 1960s vintage Austin Healey 3000 convertible, ivory colored.

Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!

A Toyota Sera. Wish they had imported them…

Scion IQ. First time I’ve seen one of those. A pretty nice looking car.

Holy cats I saw a Tesla Model S!!

Nice. They’re sleek and fast. And quiet.

A Renault Twizy.

It was tiny.

In Brooklyn this weekend I spotted a 1965 (or so) Pontiac Bonneville wagon. http://www.pontiacsonline.com/ZAF%2065%20BONNE%20TTSS.jpg

I linked to that picture because the main thing I could see was the tailgate. I think we had one of those growing up.

A Datsun 240Z, and a 1967 Mercury Cougar. I really liked that Cougar.
