Whats the name of this movie and is it as good as I remember it being?

I saw this movie a few times when I was a kid. It was about a guy that looked kinda like James Caan I think who had super powers from somewhere, but if he saw the color red the powers would go away or he could die or something. I remember the end sequence he was running to save someone or something and he had a red scarf around his ankle and some girl was yelling “Don’t look down!” because it would make him slow down or lose his powre or something.

Anyway, does anyone remember the name of this movie, who was in it, and was it any good? I remember being highly entertained when I was 6 years old or so, but I also liked Summercamp Nightmare at that time too.

I am pretty sure that the movie you are thinking of is “SuperFuzz” starting Terence Hill, it also had Ernest Borgnine in it.

That is definitely the movie. Thanks. I wonder if it is on DVD yet? Anyone ever seen it besides me? I am curious if I was the only one who liked it.

I really liked that movie when I was younger. I haven’t seen it in ages, and you should consider the fact that I still think Summer Camp Nightmare was a pretty good movie when considering my recommendation.

I remember Superfuzz! I loved it when I was a kid. Haven’t seen it since, though.

Yeah, I think it was on HBO all the time or USA network or something when I was real young. I got to thinking about it the other day when I tripped over my daughters red shoe. Wasn’t one of the chicks in ther pretty hot?

I just thought that this thread may be spoiling the movie for people who haven’t seen it before because When he sees red his powers disappear
