Well, it’s 18C where I’m sitting, but outside, it’s -13C in Toronto. I’m not complaining at all - we’ve had a very mild winter so far, and I know folks back west have had a pretty cold go of it already.
You Calgary/Edmonton/Saskatoon/Regina/Winnipeg folks, those clear blue skies in winter are something I really miss. Brandon, my home town, was never so beautiful as when the mercury was frozen solid and the sky was a shade of blue to suck your soul out through your eyes…
63°F. Boulder, CO. Blue skies. December 13th.
35 F here in Philly. Just got back from my walk – yeah, it’s 35 F here in Philly.
21.7C, cloudy and 75% humidity. Quite pleasant really. The predicted max today (Tuesday) is 25C, somewhat cooler than it has been the last few days.
Northridge, California (a district of Los Angeles), 1:20 PM - 80 F.
Zsofia, do you guys have coats!?
Oh, yeah, we have coats. And gloves and hats and stuff. We just don’t usually get cold in December. This is more like “that really shitty week in February” weather.
ETA - oh, and it smells here at the public library, lest you were wondering. God. Good thing working here burned all my nostril hairs off long ago.
N. Florida: Cold enough to induce my nuts to go into hibernation mode (19 F tonite they say).

68 °F in Santa Barbara. It’s a gorgeous sunny day and seems like it’s warmer.
Right now, it’s -15C here, somewhere in Scandinavia. A bit down since the weekend, when we had -3C and snow, but we’ve had this kind of temps (-10C - -20C) the last three weeks.
We never bother with calculating wind chill factors
Montréal, -5C (23F) and snowing lightly.
20C here in India.
An aside on a somewhat-related note; a couple of years ago I printed out a side-by-side list of a range of temperatures in F and C for quick reference. I use it all the time on these boards (since ONE country, not naming names, refuses to go metric ).
Looks like we win! High five!
27.8 degrees Celsius (82 F) on the Gold Coast, Australia.
16 degrees here in NE Ohio, but really the temperature is “it’s really fucking snowy, stay inside.”
