On both my feet I have these little copper-red dots. They are in two clusters on each foot. One cluster is on the top of my foot where the toes meet the rest of the foot and the other cluster is a little below my inner ankle. What is this? Is it evidence of poor circulation? Am I going to lose my feet someday? Is it a weird kind of acne?
I first noticed these about 4 years ago.

I wouldn’t be too worried – I’ve had something similar for many years, and my feet still work.
Sounds like miliaria rubra, a dyshidrotic condition of the foot, like “prickly heat” elsewhere.
I had something like that a couple years ago. Really freaked me out. Turned out I had some kind of travel-loving athlete’s foot and I had to spread a creme all over it for weeks/months. It didn’t itch though, which was why I didn’t think that’s what it was.
