Tomato juice and beer (4 to 1 ratio) with pepper on top . But then, I like those little bar pizzas along with Frank’s Original hot sause, so what do I know.
mmmmm beer.

An Old Fashioned but most bartenders don’t know how to make one and use cherry juice, which makes a horrible drink that has no name.
Ditto. I just wish I could afford better than Glenlivit.
According to my Scottish Stepkids and Inlaws, it seems to be popular. Personally, it sounds icky.
I love a decent amaretto sour, but 3/4 of the time what I get can only be described as a Slurpee sour.
Long Island iced tea? That’s not a cocktail-that’s the whole freakin’ rooster!
Like Seeker74 said, yes, it is a popular drink among us younger people in Scotland. Not sure if people still drink it when they grow up, though. At the unions it is the cheapest drink available… I tend to drink triple vodka lemonades if I’m at the union and want to get Drunk. I don’t think I’d even class it as a cocktail though. The coke is really just there to disguise the taste of the cheap-ass vodka they serve. For this reason I generally stick to beer. (No hangovers then either)
A Canadian! Hooray! But don’t forget the Worcestershire and Tobasco sauce, and the celery salt and pepper!
That’s also my favourite. I ordered it in a bar once down here, and they told me they don’t serve food.
I don’t drink very much or very often so most of mine are pretty simple and mainsteam - Amaretto sours, margaritas, and tequila sunrises. If I want to go for straight alcohol, I love jagermeister and tequila.
For some reason I don’t like beer and I don’t like spirits but I’m fine with cider, wine and port. The only cocktail I really drink is a tot of calvados in my coffee, yet I don’t drink calvados on its own.
#1 is the black russian - vodka and Kahlua (no, Tia Maria is NOT an adequate substitute)
#2 is a vodka martini, medium.
Others: Mimosa with breakfast (OJ and champagne), long island iced tea when the booze is desperately overpriced, brandy some evenings (really good brandy after a really good dinner, and if I feel like spending the money), ditto for single malt scotch (but less often).
And, of course, wine and beer, but you didn’t ask about those.
Jack & Ginger
Captain & Coke
If I have a sore throat, then I’m all about Black Russians.
