Steak sauce? There’s only one sauce suitable for steak: Bearnaise.
Although horseradish is good, too. For those who can’t manage it straight, don’t mix with mayo, try mixing it with sour cream. Much better.
Guilden’s Spicy Brown Mustard rocks. The only thing I don’t eat it on is ice cream. Yet.
Oh, I’ve been known to sprinkle the cajun seasoning on an item from time to time… You know… I’ll throw it on corn, potatos, hamburgers, salad, soup, bread, other condiments… I’m pretty sure a scrape of roadkill tastes good with the stuff.

Crystal Hot Pepper Sauce (in agreement with mangeorge on its superiority over Tabasco)
Course-ground black pepper
Heinz Ketchup (living here in the UK has allowed me to appreciate it more, since most UK ketchups are watery and sugary)
Onion salad (with mint, like the kind you get at Indian restaurants)
