I assume it means he’s worried about getting, or has got, plump, budding little man titties - I think. In this context does “bitch tits” reference full, saggy man breasts, or is more that he’s on his way[/U,] and while he might have hairy, plump little rosebuds he is at an intermediate stage and has not gotten his full man tits yet.
Does it really matter which? I mean big, little or in between… he ain’t happy with his chest. Best start doing some pushups.

The only time I’ve ever heard the term “bitch tits” is when a bodybuilder on sterioids was complaining about the growth of his nipples. IIRC, too much testosterone causes feminization of the male breast tissue - hence “bitch tits.”
This was my thought. Does it matter the exact definition? Only on the Dope.

“Bitch tits” are definitely a symptom of Testosterone overdose, not of overeating. In addition to steroid abuse or hormonal imbalance, it can also occur naturally in adolescent boys due to surging hormone levels.
What happens is that excess Testosterone is converted into Estrogen by a naturally occurring enzyme called Aromatase. Since this process occurs within the cells, the Estrogen cannot be detected or blocked in the bloodstream. Levels of Aromatase vary among individuals, but are concentrated in the brain, bones, and breast tissue. While Aromatase blocking drugs are available, long-term deprivation of Estrogen can lead to osteoporosis.
So just how does a man get rid of his, erm, bitch tits?
I always picture “bitch tits” as being really bouncy and floppy.

In advanced stages - hardened lump under nipple, etc - many people need surgery (The Rock is one of the more famous people to have had it). Usually you take an anti-estrogen or anti-aromatase along with your steroid cycle and throw in Proviron (another steroid) which somehow downregulates estrogen receptors to prevent bitch tits from ever happening.
There was a thread on a bodybuilding forum a while ago where a member posted pictures of him performing this surgery on himself and having his wife sew him up. The replies that came mostly consisted of exclamations of, " :eek: :eek: :eek:".
The technical term is gynecomastia, by the way.
